The villa is a spacious tropical beach house with high wooden ceilings, cool cement flooring and a lush interior courtyard. Situated on a hill the house is designed to flow with the landscape and surprising you with a sea view as soon as you step through the front door.

Bedrooms
There are three en-suite double bedrooms all opening out to the central courtyard. The interiors are stylish with comfortable double beds dressed in fine white linen. The luxurious master bedroom opens out to the garden with a private terrace as well as the central courtyard. This room is furnished with a four-poster bed and the en-suite secluded outdoor bathroom has an antique roll top bath.

Living and Dining rooms are airy, opening up to the terrace and the lush green gardens beyond. The furniture is made out of solid mahogany and designed along contemporary lines and blended with stylish soft furnishings.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, blender and gas/electric hobs, electric oven should you wish to cater for yourself.

Bird watching   -  You can start the day watching the Sun Rise and the bird life from the terrace. The garden is frequently visited by peacocks and many other beautiful birds.
Beaches   - The unspoilt beaches are only a minutes stroll from the house and are great for swimming and body boarding. 
Turtles    -  Tangalle is famous for its turtles - stop by at the turtle sanctuary in nearby Rekawa.
Temples    - Travel in land past paddy fields to the ancient
Rock Temple at Mulkirigala or Wewurukannala
Temple with its giant 165ft high Buddha
Markets    -  The vibrant local markets are a great way to experience the Sri Lankan way of life.
Festival    -  Head to Kataragama (about 70km from Tangalle) for one of the country’s most important religious sites. Buddhists, Muslims and Hindus all come, and the Hindu festival in August usually draws a good crowd. 
Amimal/Safari - you could take a trip to Uda Walawe game reserve or Yala national park if you’d like to see wild elephants, Leopards and other wild life. 
Diving    -  Tangalle has a dive centre which arranges trips to a nearby reef.

Bank transfer charges
All bank Charges (Overseas/Inter bank) should be paid by you and it should not affect the invoice Amount. The Exact amount should be credited to our account. We will only bear local bank charges, Failing we will have to re-invoice you and the balance has to be settled before arrival.

The House has Four Double Bedrooms and sleeps a maximum of 8 Adults. 

Price excludes: Laundry and all other meals and drinks. 
Meal Plan: Breakfast: Included in the standard price.

Staff are happy prepare fresh Lunch or Dinner upon request and at an extra charge.

Children's policy: Children are welcome. For children sharing a room with parents. A cot or extra bed is available, to avoid disappointment this needs to be arranged at time of booking.

Open: All year

Deposit policy: To confirm booking a 30% non-refundable deposit needs to be paid by bank transfer. 60% deposit required to guarantee reservation, paid by bank transfer to Sri Lanka bank within 15 days of confirmation. The balance is to be paid 40 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy: For all cancellations, the initial 30% deposit is non-refundable. In addition, for any cancellations the additional 60% deposit is non-refundable unless a replacement booking is found. In the event of premature departure full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.

We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.
