This spacious three bed room villa is elegantly furnished with modern and classical furniture, is simple - yet luxurious. Many of its doors and windows date back to the Dutch and British period of Sri Lanka’s history.

Pond Room

For Groups
South Point Villa and Abbey are ideal for small groups who wish to be together yet have the privacy of a separate home.
Both beach properties are totally private, however a garden door can connect both homes to accommodate groups.

Garden
A well laid garden with groves of trees and mangroves, secluded areas to sunbath write or relax in, is indeed an enchanting place. The garden with comfortable lounge chairs have a fantastic view of the ocean.
Swim in the sapphire blue fresh water infinity pool. Relax on the jacuzzi bench.
Walk in the garden under a lush green canopy of mangroves and step down to the soft sandy beach.
Verandah / Deck
The spacious deck and verandah is furnished with comfortable chairs to relax in and a table to have leisurely meals.
Sitting on the verandah or deck looking at the dancing waves breaking over distant reefs during the day. Gazing at twinkling lights of fishing boats out at sea at night, seeing the moving lights of divers under water searching for lobster and crab or just watching the stars - South Point Villa is truly paradise. From here, one can watch fishermen going out to sea to return with laden boats. Guests can purchase fresh fish direct from boats for the chef to prepare.

There is also a Housekeeper, Maid, Houseboy, Gardener, Night watchman and a Supervisor to ensure a happy holiday.

Meals can be served wherever you prefer - in the dining room, verandah or garden.
Dining is an experience.
The staff take pride in laying a picture perfect table complete with flowers.
Breakfast - There are no set times for meals throughout your stay. Meals are served whenever you are ready. If you have an early morning schedule, it is advisable to inform the staff of your particular villa the evening before, so they can wake you up at the appropriate time with a tray of tea or coffee.
The villas serve a breakfast of fresh fruits, fresh tropical fruit juice, tea or coffee with milk.
The main course for breakfast is Western fare of eggs with sausages or bacon, croissants/pancakes/ bread or toast. butter and jams
Sri Lankan breakfast specialties kiribath (coconut milk rice) or roti or string hoppers, or plain hoppers made of rice flour with curry as accompaniments.
Barbeques, fresh lobster, jumbo prawns, crabs, and fish are villa specialties.
Fresh Lobster has to be ordered 24 hours ahead to give time for divers to collect them.
Try local tropical fruits and fruit juice on a daily basis with fresh curds and coconut treacle for health conscious guests.
Fruits are purchased direct from plantations or farmers.
A range of cuisine is available from Western to Sri Lankan. There is a wide range of a la carte menu choices available.
You are most welcome to discuss your meals with the chef and order accordingly.
You do not have to worry about purchasing provisions, all purchases will be done by the supervisor.
You are most welcome to bring in your own alcohol and wines.
Kitchen
Each home has - a centrally located well appointed kitchen. You can walk into and prepare your own food with the help of the chef or watch him prepare gourmet dishes.
